Our main treatment approach is Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Clients acquire the skills necessary to overcome current difficulties in a timely manner (15-25 sessions). Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy relies upon establishing trust and an active collaboration between the client and therapist. Research has confirmed Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy as an effective treatment option for a variety of difficulties including; (1) anxiety; (2) depression; (3) couple problems; and (4) child/adolescent anxiety and depression.
